UPS Women’s Day Marathon 2026 – Run to Empower

On the occasion of International Women'\s Day, United Public School proudly organized “Marathon 2026 – Run to Empower”, a dynamic sporting event celebrating the courage, determination, and strength of women.

The program began with Tamil Thai Vazhthu, followed by a welcome address from Principal R. Balamurugan, emphasizing perseverance, equality, and confidence.

• Women’s Category
• Under-17 Girls
• Under-14 Boys & Girls

The event was graced by distinguished guests including Dr. Aishwarya Sampath, Dr. Shivasankar, Dr. Janani, and Mr. Thirugnanasambanthar (Inspector of Police).

They were honoured by Secretary Mrs. Sumathi Krishnasamy for their support and contribution.

The marathon was flagged off by the dignitaries, with participants running in the spirit of “Run to Empower”, symbolizing resilience, confidence, and progress.

A Prize Distribution Ceremony followed, recognizing winners across all categories.

The event concluded with a lively DJ Dance Fitness Session, bringing celebration and joy to all participants.
